What method is used to calculate the number of days the equipment is rented?

The rental period is calculated from the date of arrival (local time) at your destination to the date of return (local time) to the United States. Other days are not added to the rental period, such as the number of days from the date of cell phone receipt to the date of departure, or the number of days from your return date to the date you return or ship the cell phone to us. |

What should I do in the event my business trip is extended?

Please call us no later than the day before the last date of your rental. We will adjust the rental period.

It is part of our basic policy that the customer uses the same card that was used to place the order. However, if there is no other means available, we may accept it provided that we can confirm the credit card belongs to you. |
